Well you can't stream the game even after release

Spoilers : Posting video showing the ending of the game, pure cutscenes or any other big reveal in the story. Its ok to show cutscenes as part of a larger play-through (or in a narrated Lets Play type video) but isolated videos of the games cinematics will be removed. If you are unsure if what you want to post is considered a spoiler, please contact copyright @ take2games.com and describe exactly what scene you are wondering about and in what context the scene would appear.

You can post very short clips but no full missions

Then there is no point in live streaming because I live stream for like 4+ hours a day.

You can stream and upload lets plays, its just Rock Star doesn't want anyone uploading the cut scenes by themselves.

If you do they will take your video down.
