I think the worse way to die would be being imprisoned and tortured daily until you died of old age. You would have no hope, no chance of accomplishing anything, and no will power. Humans go crazy from their inability to make things change they way they want it to.
[EDIT] I would also like to add that you would be fed just enough to be alive, and you wouldn't be able to kill yourself or get anywhere; you'd be forced to live a full life with no possibility of doing anything else.

Well death by torture must be the worst. But I'm also scared by the though of drowning, it just really creeps me out.
