Whenever I try to download iOS 7 I get a message that says "An error occurred downloading iOS 7.0." Does anyone know how to fix this?

I had that on all my devices.

Just keep clicking try again over and over again, trust me it works.

I think due to the high demand, There are thousands of people trying to download it at the same time, Causing the system to be a bit slow! Just be patient!

There are millions of people around the world downloading the same file you are downloading... there are bound to be some issues.. give it some time

Just keep clicking try again, but I would wait until a good 30 mins, mine was half way downloading and a error message comes up. I'm just going to wait a while.

I'm on 6.1.2 at the moment and when I connect my ipod to itunes it says that I can update to 6.1.3. Do I need to update to that before I can update to ios 7?

What iPod do you have?

3rd gen? 4th gen or 5th gen?

nope, its slowly rolling out, I dont have it yet. it will get to you soon
