-Prospective- wrote Its kind of ridiculous that they're banning us, of course we are going to use glitches and that, its callled having fun, if there is a defect in the game that R* has done then well who's fault really is it? It's the users fault for exploiting it. Sigh.
Infinity Ward and Treyarch will infact ban you for exploiting too. Hundreds and thousands have been.
It's only the user to blame. You found a glitch, cool. You know it's probably against the game's rules, but you continue to exploit it for money. Regardless of losing your character and stuff, they said they'd give everyone 500k and try to restore as much as possible. They did so.

This kid clearly doesn't know how to do any of these glitches that's the only reason he is complaining.

Welcome to the real world !.
We all agreed to the terms of service which is a legal binding contract !.
A part of this was ..
"Do not exploit game vulnerabilities or glitches."
"Do not cheat in a game unless cheats have been deliberately enabled by the developer."
If you break the terms of sevice then R* are within their rights to punish you!.
So that being said ..
There is no argument that anybody can put forward to change the fact that many people here agreed to the terms of service and then broke the terms of service..,End of story!.
I know it sounds harsh but that is the reality of it.

I can't recall accepting or agreeing to any terms of service when I booted up online for the first time.
I mean, I may be wrong and there might of been terms of service, I just can't remember because of having to watch the mandatory tutorial cutscene that you can't skip over 10 times.
