Sport defined is:
"An activity involving physical exertion and skill that is governed by a set of rules or customs and often undertaken competitively."
If you read this, it fits gaming, just not the "Physical" part

do you think gaming should be a sport?

people who play games, some just for fun, some competitively and some even for a job and get payed for it, re-read this sentence but replace "games" with sport

Since Sport is defined as an activity involving physical exertion, gaming should not be a sport. There is no physical exertion in going with the exceptions of kinect games or anything of that nature.

Are you stupid?

You must be stupid. The main part of a sport is physical activity.

You're not an athlete if you sit on a couch eating Cheetos you idiot.

you said it yourself, "it fits gaming, just not the "Physical" part".

Therefore it isn't a sport and shouldn't be a sport.

For some it is a hobby, for others it a job etc.

Axe wrote The "Physical" part is the main thing that defines a sport.

Without the "Physical Exertion" part, any game could technically be called a sport.

Exactly. You can't compare it to any sport like basketball or football.

Gaming is a sport, well eSport actually. People like Proffesional Call of Duty and Halo Payers are the "athletes" of eSports.

Call it whatever you want, but it's definitely not a sport to me. This post pisses me off lol. How can playing cod be compared to going out with your friends and playing hockey? Wtf
