Ever since I bought Battlefield 4 for the PC, I've been experiencing these frequent lag spikes that will bring my framerate down from about 100-90 FPS to about 50. I am aware that the game is very demanding, especially being run on ultra settings at 1080p but I have a SC GTX 780 with a 7000 MHz effective memory clock and an 1150 core clock and an i7-3770k at 4.1 GHz. Who else is experiencing these lag spikes? I know that the game just came out and probably isn't optimized completely with updates. I am obviously running the newest Nvidia driver. The game is still playable but this is annoying considering I spent $650 on this card a couple of months ago. Not to sound snooty or anything but I thought these kind of problems in Battlefield 4 would be more prevalent with previous generation and lower end cards, not the 780. A full fix will probably only come with a title update from EA themselves but does anyone know of any possible ways to avoid these drops in FPS? Any help or information is greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading.

I have been having the same problems to.You can tie to put v sync on so it wont affect your fps two bad.Or you can turn down the msaa.hopefully DICE comes out with updates to help the fps spikes.especially if you just spent 1300 dollars on a new computer build like me.

If It's a graphical Issue than obviously turn down the Graphics, but If It's an FPS problem cause of the Graphics or anything else, try stabilizing the FPS using V-Sync
