Where are you from so I can link you to the right site?

Well with the motherboard that you currently have PCI 2.0 will not support the newest cards fully. Sure they will work, However, its just like USB 2.0 slower transfer rate. You would need to upgrade your motherboard to something with PCI 3.0 to get any gain from your GPU.

I'm pretty sure you need to get PCI 3.0 express compatible motherboard first!

Depends if you get the newest i5 with Haswell I highly doubt you will need to as they only take max 100w. Depending on the GPU you could get one that will take 300+ watts.

PCIe 3.0 GPUs will work on 2.0 lanes.
You may need to upgrade your PSU. What PSU are you using atm?

PCI 3.0 cards will work in PCI 2.0 slots. There's no reason to upgrade his motherboard.
