i would go with the second one but it needs some work i would get aride or the 600watt power supply and replace it with a 750watt and really you dont need the liquid cpu cooler and get aride of the slate drive get aride of the gaming keyboard and get a cheaper one

First of all, are you on a budget build? Do you need to actually get those monitors? Whats kind of games are you going to be running?
Personally if you dont need the moniter and the OS or the SSD I have a great $860 budget build for you!
