yeah dude you need to be in a game with people set a bounty of $2000 on someone then it should come up as a billion , kill the person you get the money and get a load of RP aswell.

When your at the Home Screen on Zonealarm , There Should be one that says Firewall click on the view details, Then click on Basic Firewall which should then show you the current settings and somewhere towards the bottom right There should be a button View Zones , Click That and That is the Exceptions. Hope it helped

Okay I figured out the exceptions part. NOw , do you need to have the ethernet plugged into your laptop? Or keep it in your router?

I apologize for the nubby questions.

But I am unable to connect to Xbox live by doing this. I have done everything in the folder and so far it is giving me a connection failure.

Anyway I could fix this?

Try going to the dashboard and turning the Firewall off when your on dashboard then go on gta online , should work
