1TB will be around $100
lol u can get. 1tb for around 60 and 2tb for around 80

Yes, It looks like I'll be getting that MoBo! Also about 1TB and 2TB I'm not yet sure although since I'm fairly limited in my price range (400-450 Pounds Pref) I'm not sure as I've already peaked at around 440 Quid.

If you need to keep it within budget go for a 270 instead of a 270X. There is quite a big price gap between the two. An overclocked 270 can match the performance of a 270X, so it's not like you're going to be losing a lot of performance. Also the 78LMT and 6300 is a great combo. I used it myself for a while before upgrading to a M5A99X.

I'll be starting with a 500W alpine PSU, I've heard that these are very poor and can easily break. Although I was only planning on running it with this build for 2-3 months, do you think I'll be okay?

No don't even get it,it won't even last a month.Just get a decent 550w unit and you will be fine.
