I had this working but in the middle of the game I dashboarded it and now it says my most recent save cant be loaded?

I already tried system cache.

As in your save game for single player? dont worry about that just load a different save and go to gta online

you have 2 dns i put the primary and the seconday i have put 8.8.8.8
