on the xbox website there is an option to speak with an ambassador. I doubt this is legit the grammar in that conversation was horrendous.

Go on the xbox website and go to support and click xbox 360 and then click chat with an xbox support representative. and for the last damn time its not fake. its not my fault this representative has "horrible grammer"?
