Lets be honest here and look at this logically... All Microsoft employee's are told that if people ask things like: "Are people going to be console banned for cheating, blah blah blah...", they are intended to say "Yes, action will be taken.", if they say "No, not at this time.", then everyone will jump on the bandwagon and modify the heck out of the game. I will put any money on that Microsoft will not console ban people who have only tried it once or twice to gain personal benefit, if they are going to console ban anyone it will be the people who have hosted DNS lobbies multiple times.

The short version of what I'm trying to say is, Microsoft employees are made to tell any user asking about cheaters being banned that yes they will receive a ban and even if they have to do it one by one they will because Microsoft enforcement team is the best team ever and will always be the best because we ban everyone (not really, they just tell you they do).

You can only get console banned if u had 9 profiles on ur xbox get banned til 9/9/9999. if there going to console ban people for cheating then why was the cheater pool server made? if the console ban ever one then the cheat pool server would be a waste of time.. if u use ur brain befor you come to this 20,000 hand new site you could figure the banning solution out without these view and reputaion hunger people posting topics about 'somthing they found' and why are u insulting me am i really getting to u over TTG.com fourms ? lol

Rockstar + Mircrosoft > Hackers

With any mods it's likely bans could happen, yes you've got proof but in all fairness all MS employees are told to say this with most things. If anything Rockstar should have added more security behind there game ah well Since the xbox one is out the 360/ps3 price shall drop ^_^

Its funny how everyone that did the mod is denying the fact that they are getting banned
