My friend has level 199
and something like 30 billion, he never gave money to others, just for his personal sake.

What will happen?

It depends how much time you have played on GTA Online. If time played is very low and you're already 203 then yes, you might be put into a cheaters pool. But anything can happen. Just hope for the best mate!

I'm not sure. It seems legit but then again you have 9 bil which makes the story a whole lot different. 9 bil is a lot in GTA and i'm not sure if R* will let it slide. They might because there is a lot of more other that have A TON more than you so they probably care more about those guys.

what do you think the risk if for a level 1000 with 24 days play time and a billion $ that others gave me?

Rank 1000 is definitely not legit you'll probably be banned. Unless you start a new character.
