Then nothing will happen. In the article that I have provided [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] states that if you get money from a modder then nothing will happen to you. Only the people doing the mods are the people dealing with these consequences.

You doubt they will console ban? Changing the DNS is considered tampering with the console in Xbox Live's TOS, so yes a console ban can be given.

Getting banned all depends on how much you mod. If you are one of the people constantly modding your character and giving people money then yes you'll probably be banned. But if you modded your character once then you'll most likely be put into the cheaters pool.

But they aren't going to console ban like 1million people are they cause all the youtubers and everyone is doing DNS and making videos
I highly doubt they are going to console ban that many people
Cheaters Pool Or Banned From GTA Online should be sufficient

Console bans are only happening to people who host money lobbies and exploit the mods more than they already have been. If you aren't one of the people hosting lobbies then you shouldn't worry about getting console banned.
