I don't see how people get enjoyment out of killing animals. Not trying to hate at all, I just don't see how people find killing innocent animals fun.

I hunt a lot, if you have ever hunted, you would see why people have so much fun doing it.

As I said before, I wouldn't find fun out of killing animals. I understand that it's allowed because of "population control", but I still think that there's another way instead of killing innocent animals.

First of all we have to kill certain animals such as deer, duck, goose simply because if we didn't have certain seasons for them, they would just over populate and it would not be good. Second of all its fun IMO because its legal and they taste great.

Hunting is not a sport.

Your killing innocent animals, that's wrong on so many levels. Killing for food however is good.

The difference between this and you is he kills with a rifle, you kill with a credit card. Honestly hunting is by far more humane than what a Tyson chicken goes through. A chicken will not see sunlight in its lifetime before being distributed. If animals aren't hunted they over populate as well. Don't believe me? The Mule Deer in California was protected when it was at a normal population, within 3 years they had over populated eaten all the food and starved themselves down to 1/5 of the population. Back on topic, nice buck looks like an older one in this picture, what did you take it down with?

Sure it's a sport by any definition of the word-

A sport is something you want to win at- so it is with hunting - you want to be successful.

A sport is competition- every hunter wants to outdo his know it all buddy

A sport has fans-- just look at the hunting shows on TV and see how much viewership they have. Especially the bow hunting shows.

A sport has clothing, logos, sponsors, etc.- hunting has all those

A sport has heroes their fans look up to- again, just look at the hunting shows on TV, and how the fans idolize the hunters in them.

A sport is fun to participate in- nothing is more fun then hunting

Hunting is a sport everyone can participate in, unlike ball players, golf players, or Nascar drivers, which demand talent that most others do not have

Here is why it is a sport!!
