Out of all honestly, you have all the right to date someone on the internet you don't know personally. The risk is they might be 'fake'
I have had a internet relationship, a long distance relationship in which we met on a game, I even drove for 7 hours to meet her. Lasted 7 months. Something I will never do again personally. Really doesn't seem worth in the end, but nice to explore a city I have never been to at the most. It's similar to dating someone in actual person, you just don't get to see them necessarily every day face-to-face. I also see where people would be against 'Online Dating.'

If you can take not seeing each other for a long amount of time, or long distance, its all up to you. There is also several advantages and disadvantages of having a relationship like this which you find out pretty quick.

This is actually a very good example of what these kind of relationships can lead to. They can actually lead to happiness in ones life. Maybe some people can't find someone in where they live. Simply getting the best out of their lives.
