As another user said, I each 1 TableSpoon of Honey before I got to sleep. Some nights I sleep from around 11-9ish and some nights, like tonight I sleep from 11-4...

what colorado has just legalised. but it all depends on personal preference, also a warm bath and or an eye straining activity before bed can help.

If you truly have insomnia i would make sure to get a doctors help. Insomnia can kill you.

ive had insomnia and the best thing i did to (semi) fix it was to not have 1 second of sleep one night (or 2 if you have really bad insomnia) then the following night go to sleep at 8-9pm and you will probably get 12 hours sleep (maybe more, i had 16 hours lol) then try the next night going to sleep at 10pm and waking up at 7-8am (adjust to your schedule) then the night after that and soon your body will be back on track with a pretty good sleeping pattern.

A friend back had this problem he would lock himself up in a boring room with no tv or anything and would get so bored he will knock out in sleep
