My friend has told me stories about his experience with sleep paralysis and seeing shadow people. Do you believe in it? Have you experienced it? Share your stories!

I haven't had sleep paralysis but it would be pretty creepy seeing shadow people.

I have had a dream where someone broke into my house and I couldn't move at all and felt paralyzed.
But I never saw any shadow people! What the hell does a shadow person even look like?!

I've purposefully put myself in sleep paralysis before, only a few times. I've lucid dreamed hundreds of times though.

From personal experiences I would say the closest thing I have ever considered 'shadow people' was my mum walking across the landing. Although the moment before you sleep, while your mind is awake, Lucid dreaming is the best one I have ever had, it's not scary it's amazing. You should give it a try! Maybe find a voice what makes you tired on youtube (I prefer deep voices since my father was never there for me when I was younger) It makes me feel safe.

It's a real thing. It's not something you believe in. Half of your brain is awake still, but your body isn't. Which means you're paralyzed until your other half of the brain is awake.

I believe in it, I don't know why you wouldn't though.
