I'm 18
Weigh 13 stone
Bench press 130kg 1 rep max
Leg press 300 (not max)
Biceps curl 27.5 kg each hand ( free weights )

That's what I can do, obviously do sets with lower weight apart from leg press as that is not my max

Almost have an 800 pound leg press and you're only 177 pounds? Everyday must be leg day for you

I'm 5'7 130 lbs.

Bench Press: 155 lbs
Squat: 245 lbs
PC: 145 lbs
Incline: 135 lbs

I stopped lifting for awhile because of a shoulder injury, but now I'm finally getting back into it!

MoBo wrote I can chest 70kg, mate. LOL, a bit...
If you're telling the truth you really shouldn't be lifting 70Kg at the age of 14. This will cause fractures witch will lead to growth deficiency. Be carful

Lifting at an early age doesn't harm your body. Terry Crews started lifting at 13-14.
