That must have been a horrific sight to have witnessed, no 11 year old should ever contemplate nor attempt suicide.

Especially over watching a TV show aimed towards that age group.

I remember my teacher talking about this today. People should learn not to put people down.

Why can't everyone just get along in this world? Instead, there are people who make others feel so bad that they think taking their own life is the best option. This is horrible, and the kids who were bullying should be seriously punished. That is no way to treat another person. To the victim of the bullying, I hope he recovers fast, and back to normal. Hopefully his brain damage is only temporary.

This is the second story in one day with an adolescent that attempted suicide only this one had a slightly happier one then the last.

This angers me so much. The younger kids already know what suicide is... He's 11 and I didn't hear about it until I was 13 from a school video. This makes me sick to my stomach

The 'it's the parents fault' argument can go both ways.

We need to all take a stand against bullying. I have decided a couple weeks ago that i am no longer going to stand around and watch my fellow friends and people i know get bullied any more. I dont even know why i did so in the first place. This is heartbreaking. Those kids that pushed him to do this should be facing consequences if not expulsion from the school.
