I read the comments on this and they're so true. If a white man had of done this, everyone would be pulling the 'that's racist' card.

Honestly, If you take someone Else's life out of anger or frustration you should be executed or jailed for life. People don't think about it hard enough, like you just took somebody away from their family and friends and all you have to do is serve 4 years when that guy probably had another 25 - 35 years left.

I really don't understand how the law system works. Just a few days ago a little girl was kidnapped, raped, and shot in the back of the head. The man is in jail as I type this and from the looks of it will only get 5 - 10 years in jail. But I know he won't last that long in there.

Back to the post, the amount of people getting slapped on the hand for murder is insane. While people are out there dying, I can get thrown in jail for a year for littering. Really? How about the government take a part in this and fix America.

Think it was the fact that he only punched him.. Judges must of understood that by punching him the man didn't mean to actually kill the guy. Think thats why they gave him the benefit of the dought and only gave him four years.

No matter what this isn't classed as murder. He didn't have the intent of going to this scene to kill that man. All though, yes he did kill him, it wasn't on purpose. Just a bad accident. Worst he should of got would have been a much higher "X" amount of years in jail.
