Now are you talking about at home work outs, or are you going to be going to a gym and need workouts for that?

For at home workouts, I would recommend getting a workout disk like Insanity, or P90X. They will really challenge you, and help you define your body.

Your best bet is to go to a gym and get a membership, also the people there will probably help you if you have any questions

Excersise ball - 50 Sit Ups. Pushups - 100. Crunches - 50. Then go for a jog for about 5 minutes. Repeat 3 times.

Best not to focus on one area.

I went to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
and did a workout made by Jay Cutler. They are workouts at a gym. There are many other plans that you can find though.

Insanity or P90X is what I would go for, but if you want to go for something a little cheaper I would get a memebership at a gym
