If I were you I wouldn't get Windows 8.1. With my experience within 3 months my windows crashed. I may never happen to you, but Windows 7 to me is where it's at. And it has alot less bugs.

Good build but i would have seriously considered going for a Intel i5 4670k processor, The AMD will not perform as well and you will see frame dips on higher textured gaming. The intel is only an extra 20-30.

Windows 8.1 has most of the bugs fixed and it is better in performance and gaming.
Windows 8.1 is the way to go and it has not failed me in the 6 months I have had it.

I've been using Windows 8 and 8.1 on my laptop since it came out and have had no problems. It is also has a much faster boot time

If you prefer Windows 7, but have 8, you can easily make windows 8 look and function like 7.

You should get a little more and put a 8320 in instead, definitely worth the extra $$ other than that, it looks stable!

The H60 is pathetic for what it does, the 212 is cheaper and has better performance on AMD CPU's
Closed loop isn't needed as his CPU is already cooled sufficiently from the standard cooler on a factory OC, if he want's to OC further then that is what the 212 is for.
