Anyway, have you even tried contacting the seller or just jumped straight to the assumption that you've been scammed? Sometimes you don't get a tracking number when shipping. I have shipped via Royal Mail before and they never gave me a tracking number, even though it was tracked shipping. Be patient.

I'm assuming you payed via PayPal. If so, worst case scenario, you can just file a dispute and get your money back.

he has not even replied saying he has shipped my RGH he told me that he would be shipping it the next day I live in canada so I believe you need a tracking number if you are shipping to another country he also said that it would come Thursday Friday Saturday the latest but I'm still scared that he has stole my money

Tracked shipping isn't mandatory if it is over-seas. He could have asily been given non-tracked shipping by mistake. Just contact the seller, talk to him ask for proof of shipping, like photo of a receipt from the post office.

Can some one message him on skype and see if he replies ask him if he is still selling the RGH Jasper v2 if he says yes then we'll he scammed me :/

yes I understand that but I have known him for some time I believe 1yr or a year and a half and he has sold consoles with lifetime stealth for cheap.

And the other reason he is selling to me for cheap is because KV Is banned and it does not come with cords controller just the console it's self
