It's for sure not the kids fault. It was the banks fault.

He shouldn't have to repay because it was the banks fault. Even though he knew it wasn't his maybe he randomly got a cash advance from work or something.

Actually the dude who lost the money could sue the bank for what they done I think he just needs to go to court, but the teen hasn't done nothing wrong.

The bank may have made a mistake but that doesn't give the right for the kid to spend it. He should of alerted the bank as soon as he saw the money.

I doubt hes going to need to pay it all back. If anyone should need to pay it back it should be the person at the bank who messed it up and put it into his account
