Personally I hate rap, but I don't argue with people that like it. People like what they like. I listen to Progressive Metal/Rock.. Dream Theater, Opeth, Porcupine Tree, Nevermore etc... I also like stuff like Megadeth, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains etc..

I personally like rap but only classic & some hip hop, also classic.
But i dont see the big deal and why people have to argue over music, its just music.

i love horror core rap its the best sun-genre in my opinion, everyone has the right to listen to whatever music they please, even if it sounds like garbage

yea, i listen to rock/metal(A7X, etc.) and country(luke bryan, florida georgia line), they actually sing and use instruments, real talent, not some stupid black guy making up **** as he goes.


Are you really saying that improvising as he goes along isn't talent? lol, I hope you're joking. Let's see you improve an entire song. Bet you can't do it, bet you can't even come up with one line.

I used to listen to rap purely for the beats and the bass. I now listen to house, trap, minimal dubstep, and many other forms of edm.

I like the story telling part and the flows of some rappers is sick! Once I listened to The Notorious BIG I was hooked on rap.

Making music is hard enough, but coming up with words that rhyme with one another to form complex sentences and lyrics. I'm not talking about Lil Wayne or Drake etc. But people like Nas, Logic, Tupac, Biggie Smalls, Hopsin. I really love it when they convey world problems and they address worldly issues, it just draws me in. That's why I listen to rap.
