I think it's ironic that the people that are so against the NSA spying are the ones that will be targeted to be spyed on.

Under the investigatory powers act they can just tell you ISP (Internet Service Provider) e.g. BT, talk, talk sky that they want to see your every move they can even intercept your emails and manipulate them.

By the way this can only be done by public protection services e.g. Police, MI5 and even the Tax Revenue.
