I don't have a car yet but I definitely prefer manual
I get distracted easily while driving so automatics aren't very good for me anyway and there's just something about moving a stick around while driving that makes it 10x more fun

I prefer manual over automatic any day. Manual makes you way more aware when you're driving and it's much more fun. Plus it gives you more control of the car!

Well, I never owned a Automatic before, I have always drove the 5-Speed, My "94 Ford Ranger was Manual, and an my current car (2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT is also, fun to have, you can get more performance with a Stick with being able to control the RPM's, also good gas saver when keeping RPM's under 2.5K

It depends if you like having more control of your car. I prefer manual, but I also like automatics. One of the main reasons I like automatics, is because you don't lose boost when the car shifts. (I love boost ) But it's more or less what you're used to.

Manuals all the way! They're more fun and actually are safer than automatics because it's way harder to talk/text and drive.
Also Manual Transmissions are cheaper to fix than and Automatic.

I've never driven an automatic because I live in the UK and they are unheard of really, but manual cars are so much better
