If you are talking about 250 in US dollars then there is no way you can get a gaming pc for that. Even 250 in GBP doesn't seem like it would be enough.

This is equivalent to about $450 dollars, which is no where near close to building a gaming PC that will meet optimal needs. You will need to increase that budget by at-least $200 to $300 before you can actually get something that will last, and will run games at at-least 720p 60fps.

Nice plagiarism Forums/t=6594603/is-this-a-ok-gam...-with.html

Did you even read the responses that were made to that thread. Gigahertz and I both provided that poster with posts that would help with the selecting of components. Please read that as I will not waste my time typing another response that equates to the same response on the last thread.

Even high end gaming PC's struggle to run GTA IV, so don't get your hopes up for that.

I'd save some more before thinking about building a PC for serious gaming.

GTA IV is horribly optimized and very CPU intensive. It rely's much more on the CPU than the GPU, but the GPU still does hold its weight. I have a beast of a computer and I mostly get 50-60fps in 1080p with Commandline scripts instituted.

What?

You cannot buy a computer that will play games for 250.
