What a great and sensitive topic !!

I honestly dont think the planet and the human race will survive until then anyway, we are so far behind and take the world for advantage and are constantly killing it with pollution and litter and gas and TECHNOLOGY!!!

Technology is ever evolving and will never stop, it will take over the world and consume us even more than it has now!

But in the rare case that it survives a really long time and stuff, I think that by then they will have invented a way for us to travel and live on other planets, which mind you we will end up killing those planets as well but meh

I wont be alive but i pray for my future generations of my family and friends to have a happy and safe life in the future

- Daniel !!

How can you be certain that the person you are punishing is guilty?

we can never be certain that the person we are punishing is actually guilty, it's happened so many times the wrong person being killed etc, so for me this would sort it out but would be a big controversy.

These are exactly my thoughts, you really wouldn't get away with it in modern countries, maybe 3rd world countries. (as some still do)

You do get away with it in modern countries. Many modern countries have some sort of death penalty.

In a less serious matter if it comes to it there's always the Hunger Games!

Well,If we start taking movie idea as an answer,I'll say a little bit of Purge would be a better option.
