What's the best way to loose weight? I want to be skinnier for going back to school in just over a month so what's the best way?

yea, like out of my group of friends i'm probably the biggest, like im not big im 8 stone something but i play sport but over summer i relax and eat to much so if i could find a way to loose weight it would be good

I would say do lots of skipping, and hill sprints and cardio, also do plenty of workouts which include excercises like push ups and sit ups, and eat healthily with plenty of fruit and protein ! Also drink Plenty of water

my girl friend and i we run every day we been doing that for the past year and yah just eat better and run thats all u have to do i play a lot of sports like football basket ball just be active

Do cross country, its a living he11 but i guarentee you will lose weight doing it. if you dont have a cross country team at your school then id say run every weekday (in the morning) for at least 40-60mins at a reasonably fast pace. Dont cheat yourself either. and try to find a buddy to run with, running with people makes it alot better, oh and if you have trails in some woods run those. trails are shaded, hilly, and running with some scenery instead of roads always helps.

Make your portions slower and try to exercise as much as you can.
