Leh wroteAlmost $300 over OP's budget. If you're not going to help, don't even try. OP clearly has a budget of around $250.Oakland wrote Thinking about buying this laptop for college soon.

OP-In all honesty, that Dell Inspiron is probably going to be your best bet for a laptop under $300.

I ask him in the ShoutBox his budget and he said $500 but he doesn't really have a budget.

Leh wroteAh, I see, my apologies then. I don't understand why his OT had a $250 laptop then if he has a budget of $500. Would be useful if we knew his actual budget and requirements tbh.Sanctorum wroteLeh wroteAlmost $300 over OP's budget. If you're not going to help, don't even try. ^I second this. Chromebooks are very good for their price point, not sure how well they would be for Minecraft since they have Celeron processors at 1.4ghz though. I am buying one for college, but that is only because I use Google for everything and just need something to take notes on.
OT-If you have a budget of ~$500, I would recommend [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Chromebooks run chromeos, chromeos does not support any applications besides from ones in the chrome store (or whatever it's called) hence it is near impossible to play minecraft on a chromebook.
