No, you are not weak, however your core and upper body needs work on, but, because he is skinny, he is pulling less weigh so it's easier, but as he demonstrated, he couldn't pull 200lbs for his life, because he is skinny!

Stop worrying bro! Keep doing your daily routine, however practice pull ups when ever you can, within a short period of time you will build the right muscles to do pull ups easier !

If you're worried about loosing muscle tissue while burning fat and considering you are already at a pretty low BF, look into getting some BCAA (Branch Chain Amino Acids) what they do is:
  • reduce muscle breakdown
  • Fuels muscle development
  • increased lean body mass
  • Aid in fat loss.

With you already being low BF I don't think it would help you loose that much fat, but sounds to me these could really help you. My favourite brad are MusclePharm 3:1:2 you can either get caps or powder, that's up to you.

Being skinny makes pull ups a whole lot easier. If you have more body mass to pull then it'll make it harder. You could both have the same muscle mass but if he has less body mass then it's going to be easy for him to pull his lightweight body up and down on a bar.

I'd say it doesn't make you weak and hell I can't even do 1.

No, he has to pull less muscle mass, so it's easier for him. But your stronger because you can pick up, pull, and push things heavier because your bigger
