Your best bet is to contact xbox support.

go into the email you had on the account and there should be an account verification email somewhere (it might be in spam folder)

Exactly you have to have proof the account is yours and you cant change MS emails that easily they can look and see yours is the real one the other one has a down time before its changed.

Your only hope is contacting Xbox Support. I had my XBL account hacked a few years ago and they changed the email and password.

I told the support team that my account was hacked and they asked me some security questions and other personal information to verify that I was the true owner. 7 or 10 days after I called they emailed me saying that they managed to get my account back.

Your only possible hope is to contact support and show them lots of proof.

Also quick advice: Don't give people your account information and this won't happen. If that wasn't the case then just remember the advice I just told you. I only told that because I have seen you trying to get mods and such.

If you have a second step verification you can use the email or phone number to reset the password.
