Well I am just waiting for Paypal. I sent real dust + a tracking number and sent that in just waiting to see what happens I guess.

The buyer does not always win. loads of people have done this and won. It makes sense he did buy "Dust". I also posted a picture of the packages.

Yeh, I won my dispute. As long as you have proof of delivery you should be fine...
It's pretty sad how people have to chargeback on fifa coins ;/

Yeah you mean like having a tracking number + a picture of the postage? That's what I got.

Yeah it's pathetic.

Someguy did this too me once it was at the start of Fifa 14 and I had opened loads of packs and packed Ronaldo which went on to sell for 200 ! So I put that towards my Xbox One my parents were buying me but anyway yeah and he charged my Dads ebay back but I had screenshotted his message with the player details and I took a picture of me sending a Ronaldo to his player which the exact price, team name and me adding his Gamertag and then we won the case

I was thinking of selling my 12m team at the end of FIFA on eBay.

But forget that now.

i always sell my items as "Collection in Person" because then there is no proof of Postage needed. I havent had any problems and ive sold quite a lot of virtual stuff (including a account with a Un-Tradeable Ronaldo on and about 6 million coins) and because it is Collection in Person i dont think Paypal can do anything about it

Thankfully he left me positive feedback saying the item arrived quickly and all was good. Then about 5 hours later he claims EA banned his account and it was my fault for not risking him . Thankfully Paypal realised the BS on this occasion. :L

Yes definitely, it proves you delivered the item to him in working condition as he was happy with it, therefore you no longer had responsibility over it.
