Hello

Contacted Microsoft so many times about this but their methods to fix this do not work.
Was hoping possibly one of you may of experienced the same thing and found a fix.

Basically my xbox live disconnects me from xbox live games (only in online games) randomly. I have an open NAT type, I have portforwarded and made sure my xbox isn't behind a firewall. I have deleted my MAC settings done a blu ray disc reset, deleted and recovered my profile and last night I even did a factory reset which took my 6 hours to re install half my games.

It kicks me offline for literally 3 seconds just enough to kick me out of the game and party, when i try to rejoin the party i cant hear anyone as my parties go glitched. I need to turn off my xbox to hear people again.

Anyone got any suggestions? My xbox 360 doesn't do this to me at all on the same network.

Maybe you need to reset the router itself for about 1-2 minutes. Just unplug it and plug it back in.
If you have tried that, try contacting your ISP about your current issue. They will usually be able to help.

Contact your ISP. Reset your router, clear system cache and redownload your profile

Forgot to ask, what would i have to say to my ISP?

I contacted them before and said i keep getting disconnected from xbox live and they asked if my ports were open and then talked about something irrelevant.

Have you tried disconnecting from your network on your xbox then reconnecting to it? This problem happens to me all the time, I either fix it randomly or I wait it out.

Other than that IDK what else to do.
