not too sure on the chances but if your get found out you will most likely get a console ban.

several people are doing it the USA way..... but you'd have to keep it USA region why don't you just get a friend to purchase it and GAME SHARE ? save's you getting banned if you do

So many people have done it ,and the fact that xbox support chat told me and others that it isn't against the rules suggests you won't get banned.

The cheap way is the only way you will get banned changing to get it a few days early isn't against any TOS but getting it for cheap is as its considered fraud
