Too old, too boring. Just out of date. IMO.

I hate the evolution of combat, so I'm sticking to Oldschool.

yes the game has greatly declined in my opinion for they have made it more like world of warcraft. I personally have started playing on legacy mode which has made it alot easier.

no answer

gameplay is nice, hasnt changed a lot but if you dont like it you can always become a member and play the old runescape version.

It's gone downhill, but at the same time I love how everything looks. But on the note of all of the prices changing like they did over the years, it's pretty bad. I mean the santa hat was like 12m, now it's 180m or something like that. crazy

GTFC wrote used to play runescape so much before all this EoC crap, now i get on it about once a month if that, it's just all to much off a change for me and i really don't like it.

Also i don't feel like forking out money for 07 when i can just go play an private server.

Very true, as soon as EOC came out it was private servers for me

You just don't have that feeling while playing it anymore if you get what I mean?

So many less people playing now. I keep trying to get into again but I just can't anymore

As an avid 07 player, I can openly admit as being the biggest nerd ever, Runescape was my childhood. Starting in 06, at the age of 6 I struggled to understand the concept of the game, yet got there. I've had multiple accounts over the years (most of which were banned because of how immature I was or using 'inappropriate language' however I just saw it as a learning curve. Paying 3.50 a month for a great experience felt amazing, getting to know each player was awesome in 06/07/08 but then, I lost the account I last played 08 on. Hearing EoC came out kinda pushed me to regain my strength and make a new account.. After 4 days of playing I deactivated my account and said that I'd never go on RS again. But now I'm 15, bored shitless and fed up with Mock exams and GCSE course work, I fancied a few memories. Picking up a gift card for 7.50 felt wrong, paying that extra 4.50 made me feel a bit annoyed that Jagex was increasing their prices for shittier gameplay. Yet, I started this account this Monday just gone, and have slowly grown into the new RS. But at heart, I will always be an 07 kid.
