It's no guarantee for yes or no but it's a legit copy there's no reason you should be banned. I've been playing all CoDs early from MW2 and still yet to be banned but it is completely up to you and you can be banned

Yeah i guess i will just wait and see if others are playing online safely and if so i will give it a try or just put my xbox one in offline mode and play bots

If the servers are up then your fine if not, you'll have to play offline as im pretty sure you can get banned for that.

But I've normally get my COD's early and nothing happens as I tend to get it a few days early, so the servers are already up.

Probably no, and if they do just contact Microsoft (or Sony), and/or Activision to remove the ban because you have a legitimate copy that you legitimate bought.

Im sure you'll be fine, hundreds if not thousands of other people will have the game early and its only a couple of days so not a huge deal. Ive done it and never been banned. Things that will get you banned though is for example, live streaming the game/ publicising it. Sledgehammer or whoever is in charge will know that the discs have been dispatched and it is possible for people to have legit copies so will be lenient in banning from today onwards i suppose

You won't be banned, but any online stats you earn will be reset prior to the full release.
