I am not arguing against the decline in sales ffs.
You are going on like everyone hates CoD and futuristic games are bad.

See as an opinion I can appreciate your view.
My opinion is they need to change from what they were doing/
Modern Warfare was truly outstanding game, so they copied it for MW2 but then did MW3, so they were milking that.
Call of Duty was always a previous war game.
Now as we go into the future they want to take us there.
We complain when consoles, phones, PC's and other things we buy dont advance, or seen to sit on what they did previously.
As soon as one of the biggest franchises tries something new with a new developer the world goes mental.
I understand there will be people that dont like it, there will be people that love it and then there will be people like myself who will just play it because we enjoy it from time to time and its a great way to have fun with friends after work and such.
No other game gets as much grief as this, so whether its positive feedback or negative, its all attention for the franchise and they love these arguments

No I'm saying the people that quit, are the majority of people who aren't enjoying Call of Duty going so far into the future. I'm not saying EVERYONE hate it. There will always be a percentage that likes it but look how many players play Ghosts average on a day. Below 50,000.

iBaby wrote Modern Warfare 2 & COD 4 were undoubtedly the best call of duty'sJust because the game was the most popular, doesn't mean it was the "Best" game. It might have been the best selling game, but it definitely wasn't the best game in the series.
MW3 was not too bad, same with black ops 2
Ghosts was a fail, I am going to buy advanced warfare but if it doesn't live up to expectations I am returning it back to the shop.
The reason that I can't stand the call of duty series anymore is because every game is like a new map pack with brand new weapons... All the mechanics and everything are basically the same. Don't get me wrong, they change a few slight things, but all in all they charge you 70$ every year for the new same game and to be honest it has gotten to be really boring after the first 7 games I have played in the past.

Ghosts was a one off for them I think, it could have been a great game, but they got lazy and it shows.
We need to move away from ghosts.
