This is what I would get, the motherboard is from Scan's today only page. The PSU in this build is much better and the GPU is in stock also.

Just want to say how much I appreciate all the help I have been kindly offered. You guys are awesome, going out of your way, spending time to help noobs like me. If it wasn't for you guys I'd have wasted my money on some prebuilt pile of crap.
