Please don't make the mistake of buying a pre-built. Many of those who have done so have ended up regretting it (including myself) The parts that Sanctyy suggested are far more superior than the atrocity you would be buying. and if I'm honest building a PC is more than fun than playing games on them, many times iv'e taken mine apart and put it back together just for entertainment...
If you're in doubt of your capabilitys watch this video. providing you're not a complete idiot and throw things around there's not much you can do to destroy components, other than static... static is a :idea:
