Even though he should build one himself, But going pre-built is not always a bad idea. My friend got a pre-built for $150 less that what It would of costed him to build it himself, But then however I built my own secondary PC for $590 that would of costed my $970 Pre Built. It just depends where you buy from and when.
But If I had to recommend a place it would probably Be

But try to convince your friend To build his own. Its not hard and its pretty satisfying and will save you a few bucks
