If any of you know I own a SRT4 Neon. Recently i had it sent to the shop for a clutch fix, axle bearings, and a new IAC. Besides that i wasnt expecting much. SO Yesterday i went to go pick it up as it had been finished and ready to go. Well what i heard next pissed me right off. It was a hit and run accident and cant find out who hit it. Me and my dad go down to see what happened and of course its pretty bad. So we leave without the car then turn around to get it just to take it home to put the new intercooler and turbo on to get it back to 100%. Turns out that they didnt replace the bent forks in the shifter. SO I DONT GET MY CAR BACK. Like wow. They didnt call me when it got hit either and they have a clause to hide there ass if anything gets damaged in their yard. Like holy shit. So now i have a 2100$ bill with a damaged car. Sounds like good deal huh?

*UPDATE*
The transmission blew up in it. So at this moment the car is not moving.
Me and my dad are planning on towing it out of town (Edmonton Alberta) to get it replaced with a stage 1 transmission to match the stage 1 clutch.
HOWEVER! there is some good news!
Were starting to rebuild it so its back to 90% before we tow it for the trans and heres the list
Tailights (to match the new headlights)
Quarter panel (fix the damage)
headlights (fix the damage)
Intercooler (fix the boost leak)
Stock turbo (fix the oil leak)
WOT BOX (fireeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :neo: )

*UPDATE*
So. Me and my dad who was happy enough to help me have fixed the whole car except for the transmission. We changed out all the damaged parts (Intercooler, Quarter Panel, Headlights) and ive added the taillights and i changed the gauge cluster bulbs to make them blue! So i made a quick video (sorry for the dirty car havent been able to wash it lol) and ill post a video when i take it for a drive!

Well shes gone to the transmission shop. Looks like the clutch actually didnt break the trans after all.
I dropped it off on Jan 28th and they finally were able to drop the trans out and take a good look at what happened.
Turns out that whoever owned this car before i did power shifted the living piss out of it every chance they had. I have a broken gear in the transmission which could have caused more damage (Alot more) if i hadnt taken now.
Lucky enough for me they should have it back to me by sometime next week!
Ill be posting a video of me getting the car back and running again and a couple pulls on the street!
Ill keep this post updated with every update i get!
(P.S if you are somewhere in the ST. Albert area in alberta canada on the day i pick it up keep a eye out for me ill be driving everywhere on the sunday!)

Just when i thought it was gonna be back tomorrow well. ITS NOT. So the shop torn it apart and found 2 gears shredded and the casing was mangled. All the parts they had to order are coming from the lower part of USA (Im in Canada). So they think im should see it by the beginning of march. Sadly for my its a much bigger bill then what i was expecting and its gonna cost around 3000$. I cant do anything to the company that had actually changed the clutch the first time (Look at top) because the clutch is 100% great condition. The timing was just awful thats all. Anyways i should have another update in 2ish weeks if i get the car back and i should be able to record the trip back and ill post a video of the 2-step when its installed.

Well its almost time to go get her. Shes got the trans back together but all thats left is to drop it back in the car. I picked up a gopro today with a suction cup so ill beable to take some sweet videos when i get the car back! Going down wednesday night to get it! Unfortunately the bumper was replaced so i have no plasti dip on it and i asked them to strip off the dip on the wheels (Planning on doing them red) I ordered some RGB Fog lights as well so when i get them in ill post it as well! Ill have some pictures up shortly!

Sorry its been a while ive been busy with getting it back on the road with maintenance and what not. Had a vacuum line split on me causing car to spike 30 psi. I put the xxr 527 wheels on along with the tires (yokahama s drive 205/40/17) and thats been it. Car has been on the road running for sometime now. Hope to see some people at 780 and talk to some of you about the car. Should be more to come soon just have to wait.

Yep motors gone. Bought a build bottom end for it bored .20 over wiseco pistons brian crower rods so on and so forth, Highway pulls were not the best choice. Bought a stage 3 clutch and if you read at the beginning thats what i changed lol. im doing a full on racecar daily build now my end goal is 450WHP on stock head, rebuilt billet input shaft tranny and stage 3 clutch and over 500WHP on built head and trans
What a dick this car has been i now have over 15,000$ in receipts and now im just going stupid now lmao

Started buying things. Ordered the a ACT 6 Puck heavy duty clutch to get the car running so i dont have to drop another transmission. Waiting on a shifter linkage and bushings that had snapped as well. Hopefully get the motor back into the car and break it in!

Everything arrived (Shoutout to modernperfomance for hooking me up with hella fast shipping)and the clutch and bushing and shifter linkage were all done yesterday. Getting the trans all mounted up and ready for tomorrow for the big drop in. Then we shall continue from there.

Well got the car running last night (June 28th). The engine runs 100% perfect. However transmission needs some more messing with. First the gear box was telling the shift linkage was 3st gear not 1st gear. So after fixing that i was able to drive it to the local meet. Howvever i lost all my gears from the linkage as the other part of the cable slipped out the bracket. After i limped it in 1st gear another 2 kms i was at the meet. SO fixed that and that was all good. Now after the cruise with the club heading back to the house i had lost my serpentine belt. So i got it home from another 3 km drive without the battery dying (as that belt also drives the alternator.)
After a day of testing i need to find a giant boost leak, Mount a new belt and do some more messing with the shifter linkages.
BUT IT RUNS :nyancat:

WELL! Broke a clutch pivot fork in the tranny when the slave broke on saturday. Tore it down again and ready to drop the tranny tomorrow morning. I am probably going to be selling the car as it doesnt interest me anymore. For those of you interested in the car that is living in Alberta, Canada Feel free to pm me. I will sell the car as soon as i Finish fixing it and it runs 100%. I did put 100Kms on the new clutch and bottom end lmao.

Dropped Transmission and to my surprise when i had changed out my Throw Out Bearing that came in the ACT Clutch Kit it has actually destroyed itself. So I ordered a few things like a Trans motor mount and a 1/3/5 shift extender and the Throw Out.
Also a friend made a video of his SRT-4 In town and its a deadly 400WHP with some timing adjustments hes hoping for 500WHP.

SURPRISE, its not running. Ended up having a bad axle seal, waiting on it tomorrow to put it in and pray to god it works. Everything else is finished. Now its waiting lol

Have my Big turbo coming in on friday along with some ohter goodies. Booked some tuning time as well. looking to get 300WHP on stock turbo or close to and 400WHP on big turbo. other than that nothing crazy still awaiting on my motor mounts from the USA but ill keep you posted!

Well Well things never go as planned, changed axle seal and when putting it back together forgot a spacer for a axle bolt, go about 1 Km and my axle falls off my half shaft, lucky enough my friends were called and a cop showed up, had to push the car a good 1.5kms back to the house.
Sadly i didnt get any pictures of what my street looked like but it included a R32 GTR, R33 GTR, Toyota Supra, RX7, 2 Other SRT-4's, and 2 FRS's lol it was something to see

Thank you all for commenting, I had to sell the sad to pay for lawyer fees and i just couldnt afford. Just signed the papers and shes gone. Sad day for me.
POSITIVE NOTE:
In Canada we have access to some sweet JDM imports, once i pay back my parents and such i will be importing a R33 GTR Into canada.
