Yes it's real, but I don't think it's worth all those fancy over-the-top steps that some people will take.

Whenever I lucid dream, I am just mid-dream when I think to myself that none of this could ever be true, and that I must be dreaming.'

Once you realize that you're dreaming, you can basically do whatever you want.

Yes, it's completley real.

It is a lot of work to do though and a very long time to get it working perfect.

I'm a bit confused, but for me if I stare at something and tune-out my concentration I feel as if I am dreaming but then I realise that this is real life which then leads me on to thinking that I am dreaming even more. Am I making sense? lol

Lucid dreaming is very much real!

But, as Lavish said, it doesnt require all the shizzle that people say it does. (Or at least in my experience hasnt)

I would love to lucid dream, but i just don't understand how its done. It would be amazing. But what happens if you die in a lucid dream? do you wake up ? and do you feel pain ?

i love lucid dreaming, but i just figure out that im dreaming and then i can do anything that i think of
