I prefer Cyberghost 5, it's a good VPN and is pretty handy (lots of locations to choose from, etc) and ANML uses it too.
If you're afraid of being hit offline, just use a VPN and you'll be fine.
Only problem with free VPNs is that there's data limits and the speeds are slower than what your actual speed may be.
