I'm going through similar stuff to you and the thing that's helping me the most is music, just go to a quiet place and play music through your headphones trust me it works, hope you get better pal

you can try what, I usually do to relieve stress, which is take long walks, and just sometimes you have to just let it out. Cry it out, and for your grades explain to your teachers whats going on, and ask if you can make up the time after or before school start. Most likely they will help you if they see you are seeking help

What about school grades? Im in highschool and i failed an essay, i have an F in that class now.. I try my hardest every single day in that class.


I used to get bad grades when I felt like that, but since this year my grades have been improving. Just last week I got a A* in chemistry.

Life is not all about grades my friend! All you need to do is turn up to school and try your best, all the matters is you was there and you tried hard. Keep your head up and think about the positives in life, cherish your loved ones and treat everyone nicely
