rot wrote Can't overclock a 4460, it's a locked CPU. You need a "k" class CPU from Intel in order to overclock and a Z series motherboard. What are your full specs, including case and PSU make and model? How much would you like to spend on an upgrade?
My case is a mid tower NZXT s340, psu is a 600w corsair (I know, I'm on that line of needing to upgrade to higher psu), 24gb ddr3 ram (all low profile). I'm not looking to spend to much not anything crazy. So around 300-450 is a good number.
Currency? Is that a CX600 you've got? If so, I'd upgrade PSU soon. You're looking to overclock right? Do you need SLI support?
Yea it is a CX600 and like I said I need to upgrade it badly haha. I do plan on over clocking but not SLI.

You'll need a Z97 chipset motherboard to overclock.

Since your budget is $450, here;

You can spend less on a cooler if you wish, something like an H100i or Seidon 240M would do, but the X61 is a fantastic cooler.

What kind of temps would you get on a cooler like that?

Depends on how much you overclock. Very good temperatures regardless, it's a great cooler.

You think a 750w psu will do it?

More than enough. A decent 550W PSU would do perfectly fine.
