Don't forget that it is very very important to have a good diet while exercising. I would also recommend protein supplement shakes. Will help rebuild you broken down muscles into stronger muscles! Always drink protein after a tough workout like insanity. Stay Hydrated.

Did you have abs before you started insanity? And yeah I know about protein shakes they help alot!
I kinda had abs, but not really.. LOL, they were there but covered up by a thick layer of fat.
